For the 13th year in a row, Langer Material Handling, Inc. has donated a forklift to the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania - Cranberry Township. This year we sent over a model G25N-7 Doosan forklift to help them unload the cookies. The 28 troops sold 27,949 boxes of cookies! Congratulations to all the girl scouts on another year of superb cookie sales!
Langer Material Handling just delivered Doosans largest truck, the model DV250. With 55,000lb load capacity. This is one of the largest capacity lift trucks in the industry!

This year we sent over a model G25P Doosan forklift to help the troop in their fundraising efforts. 32 troops from the service unit sold a total of 36,255 boxes in the initial order that was delivered on Saturday!
Our Bill Langer, conducted the forklift safety training classes at the Central Receiving Warehouse at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Kevin Langer President / Owner of Langer Material Handling, Inc. has appointed Bill Langer III Sales Manager at Langer Material Handling, Inc. Kevin sites Bill's sales experience in the industry, prior sales management training with Harley Davidson and his attention to details are what makes Bill the ideal person for this position.
Bill will manage our sales staff and the marketing of our new products, Doosan and Heli Forklifts. Bill will still be out in the field calling on his customers, he says that’s where sales are made and trust is earned.

Langer Material Handling employees recently underwent extensive training on the new Doosan product line. Representatives from Doosan came in to our facilities in Valencia, PA and covered features and benefits of the different Doosan industrial products with our sales department.

June 14, 2016, marks the 3rd annual NFSD! Langer Material Handling, Inc. is proud to participate in and support the National Forklift Safety Day programs.
NFSD serves as a focal point for manufacturers to highlight the safe use of forklifts and the importance of operator training, regardless of experience levels.
NFSD also provides an opportunity for the industry to educate customers, policymakers and the administration on forklift operating safety practices and guidelines.

Recently, Langer Material Handling, Inc, and Bill Langer delivered this new Mitsubishi Model ESR18N2 Electric Reach Truck, with a 3,500 lb. base capacity, triple stage mast and an Orlaco camera!
The Orlaco camera is used to help the lift truck operator position the forks for the pallet high up on racks or shelving where it is difficult to see.
This delivery was made to our customer in Washington, PA just about one half hour south west of Pittsburgh. Langer Material Handling, Inc. serves all of southwestern Pennsylvania including the entire greater Pittsburgh area.
For the 10th year in a row, Langer Material Handling, Inc. has donated a Cat Lift Truck model P5000 to the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania, Service Unit 2647 of Cranberry Township.
The 31 troops from the service unit sold a total of 31,878 boxes in the initial order that was delivered on Saturday February 20th.
A special thanks to the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Department Company for providing a forklift operator to help unload the pallets of cookies.

Recently we delivered 3 factory reconditioned 2011 HSC150 Bulmor Lancer Sideloaders to Kentucky Electric Steel In Ashland Kentucky!
These sideloaders have a capacity of 33,000 lbs, a lift mast of 165" and a deck of 62".
The trucks come equipped with hydraulically adjustable spreader beams, hydraulically folding forks, polyfilled tires and a Perkins powered diesel engine with cambus control.
