Bobcat® Oil Cooled Brakes
The Oil-Cooled Disk Brake or ODB system is Bobcat's exclusive forklift braking system designed as a sealed system to be:
- Heat Resistant
- Maintenance Free
- 5 Times the Stopping Surface
Sealed System Brakes
A completely sealed braking system protecting from outside contaminants and protects the inner workings of the braking system.
Larger Braking Surface
500 square inches of braking surface give the Bobcat® Oil-Cooled Braking System 5 times the stopping distance of conventional brake shoes.
Heat Resistant Brakes
The Bobcat® ODB system is designed not to be affected by high heat and humidity. The heat generated by braking is passed directly into the transmission and or differential oil.
Maintenance Free Design
Just periodic oil changes are all that are necessary with the Oil-Cooled Disc Brake systems on Bobcat® ODB equipment forklifts. No brake adjustment or spring or linkage replacements either!
